Yes. Delivery is free to all areas of Qatar. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or confirmed by our team, and depend on stock and location.
Yes for split units: professional installation with up to 5 meters of copper piping is included. Extra piping is QAR 75 per meter. Window units come with standard installation (no piping needed). Floor-standing and cassette units can have different requirements, so we confirm the scope and any extra charge before installation starts.
Yes. Please make sure someone is at the address to receive and inspect the unit, and to be there during installation.
نعم. التوصيل مجاني لجميع مناطق قطر. تظهر مدة التوصيل المتوقعة عند إتمام الطلب أو يؤكدها فريقنا، وتعتمد على توفر المخزون والموقع.
نعم لوحدات السبليت: التركيب الاحترافي مع ما يصل إلى 5 أمتار من مواسير النحاس مشمول. المواسير الإضافية بسعر 75 ريال قطري للمتر. مكيفات الشباك تأتي بتركيب قياسي (لا تحتاج مواسير). وحدات الدولابي والكاسيت قد تكون لها متطلبات مختلفة، لذلك نؤكد نطاق العمل وأي رسوم إضافية قبل بدء التركيب.

Every unit has the manufacturer’s compressor warranty: 5 or 10 years depending on the brand and model. Other parts are covered by the manufacturer’s standard terms. Ask us and we will confirm the period for any model before you order.
Frego, Hisense, Midea, On&Sys and Oryx Glory. All units are genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty documents.
Each product page shows the room size the unit suits. For large or open spaces such as a majlis, office or shop, send us the room sizes on WhatsApp and we will recommend the right capacity.
كل جهاز عليه ضمان الشركة المصنّعة على الضاغط: 5 أو 10 سنوات حسب العلامة التجارية والموديل. باقي القطع وفق شروط الضمان القياسية للشركة المصنّعة. اسألنا ونؤكد لك مدة الضمان لأي موديل قبل الطلب.

Online by card (Visa / Mastercard) through our secure payment provider SkipCash, or in cash on delivery. Card details are entered on SkipCash’s secure page; Fresh Cool never sees your card number.
Card payments are processed by SkipCash, our payment provider, so your bank’s SMS shows SKIP CASH instead of Fresh Cool.
Unused, unopened units in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Installed units cannot be returned; manufacturing defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Card payments are refunded to the same card, cash payments by bank transfer, within 14 days after the return is approved and the unit is inspected.
أونلاين بالبطاقة (فيزا / ماستركارد) عبر بوابة الدفع الآمنة SkipCash، أو نقداً عند الاستلام. تُدخل بيانات البطاقة في صفحة SkipCash الآمنة، ولا تطّلع فريش كول على رقم بطاقتك.
تتم معالجة الدفع بالبطاقة عبر SkipCash، مزوّد خدمة الدفع لدينا، لذلك تظهر رسالة البنك باسم SKIP CASH بدلاً من فريش كول.
يمكن إرجاع الأجهزة غير المستخدمة وغير المفتوحة في عبوتها الأصلية خلال 7 أيام من التوصيل. الأجهزة المركّبة لا تُرجع، وعيوب التصنيع يغطيها ضمان الشركة المصنّعة. المدفوعات بالبطاقة تُسترد إلى نفس البطاقة، والمدفوعات النقدية بتحويل بنكي، خلال 14 يوماً من الموافقة على الإرجاع وفحص الجهاز.
